Once accepted, the quotation becomes binding.
Clients must clearly define all requirements before work begins. Any changes, enhancements, or additions beyond the agreed scope may result in:

Nova AIO is not responsible for delays or costs resulting from scope changes introduced after acceptance.
Clients agree to:

If a project remains inactive for 60 consecutive days due to client-side delays, Nova AIO may pause the project and apply reasonable reactivation or administrative fees, communicated in advance.
Services are tested on modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Performance may vary depending on hosting environments, network conditions, or third-party limitations.
Unless stated otherwise, hosting, domains, SSL certificates, payment gateways, plugins, and third-party services are not included.
Nova AIO is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or service interruptions.
Payments may be charged as:
One-time fees
Monthly or annual subscriptions
All pricing and billing terms are disclosed before payment. Unpaid balances may result in service suspension.
